Fun Shopping and Painting for Baby!

We had a blast on Saturday going to Dallas to go to the Galleria and just adventuring around DFW. Shopping helps me to kill this impossible time of waiting for referral. Here are some things we found....




We got books for the nursery that are about Africa and stories from Ethiopia. We also got two cute jumpers (is that what those are called?) the striped one for church on Sundays, but the "Future Rockstar" one for Saturday night partying!!! Haha.
By far the cutest thing we bought are the brown converse sneakers! This is soooo cute because Clayton has a pair of brown converse just like those!!! He said he wanted to take a picture of his feet with Deacon's feet when they are both wearing their chuck taylors...I can't think of anything cuter than that!!!

And we also painted the nursery...



Now it looks like a baby's room!
