deacon playing video
He is so close to crawling, but not there quite yet. We went to the craniologist in Dallas today. Most orphans have a flattened part on the back of their head due to all the crib time. Deacon had this when we first got him. But over the last few weeks it has corrected itself. We went to the doctor just to make sure though. She said that functionally and medically he is fine and won't need a head band. It should round out a little more, and he'll be fine. If you think about it though, as soon as he gets a full head of hair, you'd never know he had a flat head.

Hi Faulkner Family!
Unfortunately,I did not get a chance to talk to you after the Meet & Greet yesterday (I heard you had to leave)! I thank you for sharing your adoption experience with potential adoptees! I look forward to talking to you in the future! You truly are blessed/a blessing to Deacon!
Shell (the one who kept asking all the questions) ;)
I cannot believe how very much your Deacon and my daughter, Malía (brought home from Addis May 20th) look alike!!!!
See for yourself! :)http://www.toadfire.com/blog_full.jsp?blogID=3152
Blessings,
Malía's Mama
Give that baby the darn monkey!!! He look precious as always, but you are right, he does better backing up than going forward. You might want to remember that when he begins driver's ed...
Love you all Mimi
